This study aims to determine the influence of the variables used on the profitability of the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by examining related variables, including digitalization of banking services, credit risk, and capital structure as independent variables, and profitability as the dependent variable. The research employs a quantitative method with a purposive sampling approach, utilizing secondary data in the form of historical data sourced from published financial statements of banking companies and annual reports of banking companies for the period 2019 to 2023, as well as statistical data from Bank Indonesia. Data processing in this study is conducted using Eviews 12 software to analyze and understand the relationships between the variables tested. The results of this study indicate that the digitalization of banking services, credit risk, and capital structure have a negative and significant effect on the profitability of the banking sector. These findings provide valuable insights for banking management and regulators to evaluate digitalization strategies, strengthen credit risk management, and optimize capital structure to sustainably enhance banking profitability.
