Pengaruh Motivasi Ekonomi, Motivasi Karir dan Biaya Pendidikan Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Melanjutkan Studi Magister Akuntansi Pada Universitas Warmadewa

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of economic motivation, career motivation and educational costs on students' interest in continuing their master's studies in accounting. This research used Warmadewa University Accounting students as a research sample totaling 79 respondents using the Slovin formula. All data obtained from distributing questionnaires is suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results of the research show that (1) Economic motivation has a positive effect on Accounting students' interest in continuing the Master of Accounting Study Program at Warmadewa University (2) Career motivation has a positive effect on Accounting students' interest in continuing the Master of Accounting Study Program at Warmadewa University (3) Education costs have a negative effect on Accounting students' interest in continuing the Master of Accounting Study Program at Warmadewa University.
